320+ hours of instruction for new operators, five MTO-certified trainers, and at least 16 hours of professional development every year after that.
Safe work is rewarded
The Take Two program pays hourly employees $100 for each quarter they meet its safety and attendance criteria, up to $400 a year. Safe Driving Awards mark every five accident-free years.

We regularly hire licensed technicians, apprentices, lube technicians, dispatchers, cleaners and detailers.
